Today was a paritcular short day for me but was intersting for me because I got a chance to go back to my old intern from this summer at Perry Broadcasting of Augusta to give them give away tickets for the Jazz Festival for promotional use.

On today I setup table during the lunch and dinner hours for First Ladies 5k Walk, table was designed to get participants. After closing down registration table after dinner I went to pick up gift cards from Zaxby's as a door prize for the Jazz Festival.

Today at my intern I made local calls around the CSRA to several different companies. Calls to company were to see if they would like to support or Jazz Festival held September 13, 2008 by giving Paine College gift certificates or gift cards for door prizes at the Festival. Zaxby's offerd a gift card, Applebee's, Chick-Fil-A, and Stevie B's Pizza also offerd gift cards.

Today I created announcements for chapel concerning Presidential Dr. George C. Bradley Inaugural week of events. After creating chapel announcements, I posted Flyers for the First Ladies 5K Walk & Jazz Festival around campus for next week activities of Inaugural events.
